One of the special internal activities born during the pandemic is “Good Morning”, which adds to the existing rich company’s culture. To encourage and inspire one another, employees take pictures of their department’s workplaces and share it online with the SnB community as a morning greeting. That greeting reminds that whether working at the company office or at home, members of the SnB family are always together, side by side.
In addition, the employees also changed their Facebook profile pictures and cover photos to the company’s template, showing the spirit and message of SnB, as well as helping with the promotion of the support hotline.
The support hotline is an important factor to help SnB connect to, receive information from, and support customers and agents during the social distancing period. Therefore, all media channels of the company, including those of Soc&Brothers, distribution, and individual brands, have simultaneously posted and promoted this hotline. At the same time, SnB also shared its proactive experience in delivery and distancing with agents, as well as announcing the new display requirements during this abnormal period.
The SnB family has been and always does well in taking actions during the social distancing period.
