JOB DESCRIPTION

• Take care of hotline, zalo, viber and Soc&Brothers fanpage.
• Conduct product consultation, answer inquiries about promotion plans and company’s policies.
• Handle and report customers’ complaints and comments on the company’s service quality and goods.
• Finalize and proceed orders, keep track of them until the orders are confirmed.
• Summarize and report on customers’ needs and tastes.
• Report on daily affairs.
• Working time: 5 p.m. – 10 p.m., 3 days off per month.

QUALIFICATION

• Woman aged 20 – 30
• Experiences in products for mothers and kids and online sales are preferred.
• Be honest, responsible, disciplinary, have clear voice.
• Be flexible and take the benefits of groups and customers as the main priority.
