North Region Sales Manager – February

We are looking for

Make sales plans:
- Propose sales strategies, forecast quarterly, monthly and yearly sales figures based on the company’s overall strategy, market trends and the internal workforce and resources.
- Make sales plans and set sales targets for each period for each department manager/sales supervisor.
- Find ways to develop distribution channels, run distribution system for each province as planned.
- Retain and control costs of the sales department.
Arrange sales activities and build up effective managing sales system.
Supervise salesperson:
- Cooperate with personnel department to recruit junior staff/ordinary employees.
- Make and implement training plans on procedures, skills and staff policies.
- Conform to the regulations, personnel policies, incentive programs, recommend bonus system, promotion and employee evaluation.

Educational level: Graduating from university at MINIMUM.
Knowledge:
- Managing sales, leading sales department.
- Developing distribution channels: Directly or through stores.
- Analyzing database and producing forecast about market, customer taste and so on.
Experiences:
- Having at least 2 – year experiences in RSM or NSM (experiences in FMCG or milk and diaper field are preferred)
- Having a thorough understanding in setting up, effectively operating North distribution system.
- Building up a close relationship with distributors, agencies in North region.
Skills:
- Using Word, Excel, Power Point efficiently.
- Making and managing plans according to each aim.
- Training, instructing and inspiring others.
- Communicating, negotiating, handling situations.
