_ Brand Marketing:
This is a pivotal department which is responsible for coming up with and carrying out marketing strategies creatively, precisely and professionally in order to strengthen SnB’s image and core values. The Brand Marketing Department is divided into smaller brand-based groups as well as corporate-level groups. The department plays a large role in delivering the brands’ messages to potential customers, accelerating transactions via various sales channels in the most efficient way, and leading market trends. The Brand Marketing Department consists of talented and passionate staff, who strive for their goals with the greatest tenacity.
_ Trade Marketing:
This department serves as a bridge between distributors and consumers. Being led by an active, market-conscious and well-versed team, the Trade Marketing Department provides distributors with deep customer insights.
Along with Brand Marketing, we ensure the company’s vision and mission is clearly displayed in each image and message, pay great care to POSM (point of sales materials) and carry out innovative marketing events to attract customers and foster business growth.
Therefore, Trade Marketing is a necessary component in reinforcing brand positions in customers’ mind at the points of sales.
_ Hospital Channel (Healthcare Marketing):
A noteworthy point in SnB’s innovative marketing strategies: being one of the market leaders in using Hospital Channel. We always prioritize safe and meaningful quality time between mothers and children.
As a result, SnB collaborates with prestigious hospitals in Viet Nam, providing high-quality goods and services in order to ease mothers’ worries and problems regarding the children-nurturing process.
_ After-Sale Services (Customer Care):
Staying true to the motto “We care for the little things,” our Customer Care staff is a great help to distributors, from product recommendations at the points of sales, giving advice on nutrition and healthcare problems to fulfilling other requests.

Sales is an important division, which helps to increase revenue and profit. To fast-moving consumer goods such as mother & baby products and services, Sales is an indispensable factor in the company’s sustainable development. Assuming the responsibility of directly interacting with customers, Sales assists the company in providing valuable knowledge on potential customers’ needs, tastes and experience, hence turning them into loyal customers, which assures the permanent development of the company.
In the current context, the relationship between Marketing and Sales is becoming more obvious, which requires sound evaluations. The main mission of Marketing is to find out the hobbies, habits, needs and tastes of customers, hence providing suitable incentives to encourage purchases, which assists Sales in increasing revenue. Meanwhile, well-done sales tasks will not waste the effectiveness of Marketing campaigns, simultaneously providing valuable information gained from direct interaction with consumers.
