Types of Training

Expertise training: New employees will be welcomed by integration classes upon joining the company. Also, the specialized staff of each brand will be provided in-depth knowledge about the products in charge. In addition, the company also organizes periodic training sessions to update employees with the latest information regarding products and brands.

Skill training: Along with professional training, the staff at SnB are also continuously trained in skills such as communication, negotiation, presentation, image building, customer care, … These soft skills are not only useful at work but also can be applied in everyone’s daily life.

Management training: With the managers, SnB focuses on in-depth training in both expertises and skills; as well as regularly provides information on new regimes and policies in the company, and shares reasonable and effective training methods. By doing so, all management levels can not only have a firm grasp of basic and specialized knowledge but also guide and train employees by themselves.

Online training for staff throughout the country: Besides the wide distribution network, we have a large amount of staff throughout the country. Everyone is trained online. Before each training period, the HR representative will teach the staff how to get used to the online system. With the activeness, eagerness to learn, punctuality in every class, the staff at each branch are always fully prepared to promote and offer their advice on the products.

Training agents and customers: SnB assists agents in training professional knowledge and sales skills. At the same time, customers are always provided with comprehensive information about products and brands, as well as easy access to in-depth consultations.

Training Team

SnB owns a team of multinational lecturers with extensive experience, high expertise and a sociable and friendly personality. With her 10 years of teaching experience, Ms. Pham Thi Nhung – the company’s training specialist – is the main teacher at SnB. She provides students with the professional knowledge and skills accumulated in 5 years working at SnB through thorough lessons, unique and attractive teaching methods.

Along with Ms. Nhung teaching in the Northern region is Ms. Truc Le Thi Anh, who provides valuable yet easy – to – understand lessons to all the employees and agencies in the Southern region.

In addition, SnB invites Ms. Hiroko, a Japanese teacher, to teach classes on Japanese standard skills, such as the infamous “5s skill”, gift-wrapping method, etc.

Human resource development always receives great support and encouragement from the management board. Ms. Nguyen Bach Thuy Linh – the CEO of SnB – always makes sure to be at the monthly integration classes for new employees to give a direct sharing about the company. Mastering the directions and guidelines from the board of directors, other exemplary leaders such as department directors and managers at all levels also regularly participate in training, sharing their practical experiences with other employees.
