JOB DESCRIPTION

• Troubleshoot problems and answering questions about company’s products from distribution channels or directly from customers.
• Support & Improve customer experience via live chat, email, hotline.
• Serve as an administrator for company’s fanpage and website, answer inquiries about company, products, and promotion programs.
• Make survey to check customer satisfaction.
• Track, evaluate and report work process to direct manager.
• Other duties required by direct manager.

QUALIFICATION

• Married female and having (a) baby.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales area or customer service.
• Mild voice, good communication skills.
• Can work independently and be ready to visit customer anytime as required.
• Be patient, careful, detail oriented and strongly motivated.
• Having knowledge in nutrition and baby care.
• Having good knowledge of computer science and use it efficiently.
