Area Sales Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage staff and distribution system in the GT Ho Chi Minh City area.
  • Promote sales of NPP/WS-B for the assigned area.
  • Supervise subordinates including sales representatives and junior supervisors in the assigned area.
  • Make selling plans and develop NPP/WS-B, ASO system for the assigned area.
  • Cooperate with divisions within Glico Business Unit and other related departments to offer services to customers in the assigned area.
  • Collect and analyze data, make relevant judgments and suggestions regarding the operation and effectiveness of the assigned area.

QUALIFICATION

  • Male, aged between 30 and 45.
  • Qualification: Graduate from economics or business management major at university, other majors are acceptable on the condition that the candidate have experiences in business management.
  • Experiences in managing position and doing wholesale distribution business for at least 3 years.   
  • Managing skills.
  • Relationship building skills.
  • Collecting and analyzing skills.
  • Writing report and presentation skills.
  • MS Office skills, especially MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint.
  • Communication English skills with pre – intermediate level at minimum.
