Area Sales Manager – December

We are looking for

Fulfill business targets, KPI for the assigned area.
Manage and develop customer database and improve distribution system.
Make weekly/monthly schedule for each SS, implement business plans for the assigned area.
Carry out business, promotion and customer service activities.
Collect, summarize, analyze and evaluation market information, consumer tastes, competitors, programs, promotion types and make suggestions.
Write report to inform of the performance of the assigned area.
Manage, train, check and evaluate employees’ performance of the area in charge.
Other work assigned by direct manager.

Male/Female under 35 years old.
Graduate from college or university.
Have experiences in fast – consuming goods or previously work with MT channel/important clients (from other fields)
Good use of Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Have at least 3 – year working experience in ASM post (Preferred)
Good communication, negotiation skills.
Be honest, dedicated and commit long – term to the company.
Organize individual and team work well.
Be able to work independently and together.
Can work well under high pressure.
