Press release: SnB Kidden World Co., Ltd. changes name and company type

We at SnB Kidden World Co., Ltd. are pleased to announce the new name of our company – SnB Kidden World JSC – since the company has converted from Limited Liability Company to Joint Stock Company. This change is coming into effect starting from June 16th, 2022.

SnB Kidden World Co., Ltd. was established in 2007. Our mission is to help mothers enhance up joy and energy to bring Vietnamese families’ happiness & success of future generations.

Throughout 15 years of operation, SnB has gained the achievements and the prestige in the Mom&Baby field:

There are 5 Soc&Brothers showrooms in compliance with the Japanese standards for families that are located in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh city.
SnB plans and constructs the authentic supply chain to more than 2,000 stores all over Vietnam.
SnB distributes products, provides services, retail methods, and guidance on how to manage and operate post store chains across Vietnam.

With the aim of sustainable development, SnB Kidden World Co., Ltd. decides to change the company type to adapt to future activities.

Therefore, starting from June 16^th, 2022, SnB Kidden World Co., Ltd. operates with the new name SNB Kidden World Joint Stock Company. We assure that this change will not affect the trades, the relations, the economic obligations, and the execution of signed contracts.
