2021 Team Building activity – The Voice of SnB

COVID-19 has affected all of our living and working habits. We had to go through and imposed mandatory some social distancing periods. However, physical distancing does not mean that we do not take care of others since human hearts have never stopped connecting. SnB has actively attempted new ways to work and to build a company that is always happy and full of love. This has been demonstrated clearly through 2021 team building activity – “The Voice of SnB”.

1. The overview

“The Voice of SnB” started from September until November 2021. Due to Covid-19 still greatly affecting us, “The Voice of SnB” was organized online. The themes of the contest varied from work, life perspectives, to talents. The prizes were divided into individual and group categories with a total value of up to 100 million VND.

2. The three themes of the contest

  • The Voice of Work: This is the theme which creat opportunities for employees to tell more about their difficulties and challenges; express the gratitude and commend others’ contributions to the organization, thereby forming a vivid picture of the company personnel. There were various ways to participate such as: voice clips, video clips, movies, dubbing, and so on.
  • The Voice of Life: A platform for employees to speak out; connect with one another and with the company through words of appreciation, apology or confession; contribute new initiatives and ideas to build a dynamic and youthful working environment. The contestants may bring their voice clips, video clips, TikTok videos, lyrics, and so on.
  • The Voice of Talent: SnB staff has not only expertise in their work but also other talents. So, this theme is the opportunity for SnB members to show their talents and music passion. They can chose to sing, rap, recite poems, tell stories, and so on.

3. The result

The contest received overwhelming attendance from nearly 100 employees from all departments in both the North and the South. To ensure fairness, the panel of 6 judges was divided into separate judging rooms with detailed scoring criteria specific to each theme. In addition to the scores, the judges also recorded detailed comments for each performance. Moreover, in order to bring the most accurate and fairest results, the internal voting is also conducted openly and transparently.

From 19 entries which were carefully made with unique contents and forms for all three themes, the best works were honored in the online awards ceremony on November 19. However, joy, optimism and cohesion is the invaluable adwards that SnB members received from this activity.

Through this, the employees had a deeper understanding of others’ talents, abilities, difficulties and challenges, and be more motivated in the coming year. At the same time, the success of “The Voice of SnB” has made way for a new form of internal activities that will further be organized in the near future to build a connected and loving SnB.
