With the theme SnB’s Colors, the emphasis is put on individuality – each employee is a distinct and unique color – as well as unity – when put together, all these different colors will create a beautiful picture full of joy, hope and happiness.
From August 24 to August 26, 2019, we organized a team building event at Lang Co, Hue, with the participation of all employees from northern and southern branches. This annual event aims to encourage team spirit in the workplace by reflecting back on the past year and looking forward to the upcoming future.
This year, with the theme SnB’s Colors, the emphasis is put on individuality – each employee is a distinct and unique color – as well as unity – when put together, all these different colors will create a beautiful picture full of joy, hope and happiness. As the theme suggests, the team building event resembles a vivid rainbow, taking its participants through endless surprises.
SnB celebrates Happy Hour monthly. On this special occasion, the happiness is doubled with the presence of all employees from both northern and southern offices. During the Happy Hour, SnB employees celebrate all the birthdays in the current month, play minigames and put on exciting performances. These activities create the golden opportunity to deepen the bonds at the workplace.
An exciting puzzle game kicks off the schedule. Each team has to search around the Imperial City for monuments corresponding to their team’s name, then take photos at that exact place, standing in the formation of the word TOGETHER. All employees display great tenacity and enthusiasm, making the most of their short yet exciting race.
The star of this year’s event is setting up tents on Lang Co Beach. With active participation from all employees as well as the higher-ups, impressive tents are successfully pitched. This process reminds all participants of the difficult yet memorable journey they have went on together to build up and grow the company.
SnB employees showcase their youth, flexibility as well as amazing teamwork in various games on the beach as well as in the one and only “SnB Cup”. As happiness chases away tiredness, the beach is filled with contagious laughters up until the very last minute.
Taking company pictures is a must. To commemorate this special occasion, SnB employees stand in a spiral formation, showing their unbreakable, everlasting bond.
The Gala Dinner is full of surprises. Borrowing the format of “Your Face Sounds Familiar”, each team was tasked with reenacting a famous performance, and all nailed them perfectly, mimicking their models to a T. The fashion runway is a show stealer: each and every piece of clothings surpasses all limits – they are timeless, placeless and genderless! This Gala Dinner will surely remain fresh in SnB’s memories no matter how much time passes.
Every party must come to an end, but the happiness, memories and experience still remain. Aside from the perfect opportunity to enhance teamwork skills and team spirit at the workplace, this is also a special occasion on which all employees can deepen their bonds with one another.
